So today I am posting and I have NO clue. I will be in the streats and vowing to eat HIGH protein, stay away from the carbs that will be consuming my every waking thought OR not. I'm meeting a group of OH friends from the Cali forum. I plan on making a coffee protein shake to have while there and that's all I know for now. I plan on having some sunflower seeds, protein bullet and

LND: 5oz chicken salad and 15 Keebler Club crackers
LNS: 8oz White wine

B: Click protein shake

Water: 5 cups so far
Vitamins: Multi; 1500mg Cal Cit; 1000mcg B-12
Exercise: ??

Yogurt, that is all so far as for the rest of the day, I have NO idea. It's all up to Doug and what his magic fingers do in the kitchen.

Exercise, yes from my chair down the hall to the other bedroom...as much as I can

Today is kind of an I don't know day.

Started out with a Coffee Light Frapp from Starbucks on the way to buy a new fridge. Went out to lunch at Mimi's and ordered a BBQ Pork Cibatta. Ate all the meat and about 1/4 of the cibatta bread and maybe 4 skinny french fries.

Dinner I have no idea as yet. We are just bringing the new fridge in now, so we'll decide later. Obviously nothing that we had in the house because everything from the old fridge got tossed. What a shame that was. But we'll fill the new one up again just as soon as it cools off.

Cool off....not likely, Dougie went to Redlands to the pool supply on Alabama, and he had to call and tell me the temp on the car thermometer that is never wrong was 115 degress. Here at our house in the foothills....it was a cool 113

Running around in the heat today to find a fridge was no day at the pool. Dayum it was hot out. But we got the new fridge. Got it home and now we wait for it to do its thing and then fill that puppy up.

Right now I'm almost sorry Mike didn't fill and open our pool this summer, but we just didn't have the incentive to do it and want to sit out in our "lovely" backyard.

Oh well, we'll be in nice New England in a week and can enjoy the weather there.
